The project builds on existing experiences of the partners with village development planning. It designed a smart exchange mechanism, the so called Feedback-Visits, that enables partners to provide substantial feedback on each others' experiences. The diversity of international perspectives is a guarantee for generating a huge amount of learning and inspiration!

The exchange is open to villagers, administrative officers and politicians alike. Each partner sends a mixed delegation of 3-6 persons to all exchange visits.

To enable a better understanding of the ins and outs of the problems and chances regarding Village Development and Local Governance, a short description of the administrative and political background of each country has been posted to the website. Moreover, a case description of the experiences with Village Development Planning is posted as well.
